ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE NO ENFRENTAMENTO DE SÍFILIS GESTACIONAL E CONGÊNITA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

A pesquisa objetivou identificar as evidências científicas disponíveis sobre o enfrentamento da sífilis gestacional e congênita na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Fundamenta-se em uma revisão integrativa conduzida em seis bases de dados: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science e Lilacs, além da busca manual nas referências bibliográficas dos estudos incluídos. Foram usados descritores controlados, combinados com operadores booleanos (AND e OR). Sem restrições quanto ao período de publicação ou idioma. Foram analisados 33 artigos que responderam à questão norteadora da pesquisa e atenderam aos critérios de inclusão, permitindo a identificação de seis temas: conhecimento, barreiras e envolvimento de parceiros, diagnóstico precoce, tratamento, educação em saúde e estratégias de controle da sífilis congênita. O estudo revelou que a prevenção eficaz da sífilis gestacional e congênita, exige das gestantes o conhecimento sobre diagnóstico precoce, adesão ao tratamento e educação em saúde. Nesse contexto, as tecnologias educacionais podem fortalecer as ações preventivas e ampliar o acesso ao cuidado na Atenção Primária.
